Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Currently airing on the FM translator is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.espndeporteschicago.com\/main.html\" target=\"_blank\">ESPN Deportes Radio, <\/a>a Spanish sports radio network. An iHeartMedia spokeswoman confirmed the sports format will be dropped.<\/p>\n<p>Billed as <em>97.5 FM Poder \u2014 A New Beacon of Power for Chicago,<\/em> the station will be managed by Alfredo Lopez for Show Time Media. The company is an enterprise of Chicago entrepreneur Pedro Segura, founder of Prime Dental Manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>Licensed to west suburban Hillside and broadcasting from atop the Aon Center, the 250-watt signal of FM translator W248BB is controlled by iHeartMedia Chicago through an agreement with owner Educational Media Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>Chicago\u2019s two largest Mexican regional music stations are Univision Radio <a href=\"http:\/\/www.univision.com\/chicago\/wojo\/somos-la-que-buena-1051-chicago\" target=\"_blank\">WOJO FM 105.1<\/a> and Spanish Broadcasting System <a href=\"http:\/\/laley1079.lamusica.com\" target=\"_blank\">WLEY FM 107.9.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another Spanish-language Mexican regional music station is coming to Chicago next year. iHeartMedia Chicago announced Tuesday it has signed a local marketing agreement with Show Time Media to broadcast the full-time music, entertainment and information format on 97.5 FM, starting February 1.
