Orion's spirits are high and he is looking forward to returning to the airwaves as soon as he gets the 'go ahead.\u2019 \u201d<\/p>\n<p>She also had high praise for his care at University of Chicago. \u201cThe warmth, concern and attention to every need is nothing short of outstanding,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<p>The Radio Hall of Famer had said he hoped to be back on WGN in time to celebrate his<a href=\"http:\/\/wgnradio.com\/2015\/09\/11\/video-celebrating-55-years-of-orion-samuelson\/\" target=\"_blank\"> 55th anniversary <\/a>with the station September 25. \u201cI think I should be able to,\u201d he quipped last week. \u201cAfter all, I <em>am<\/em> Norwegian.
