It\u2019s purely speculative at this point, but if Brown and Babich eventually succeed Hosea Sanders and Judy Hsu on the weekday morning newscast, remember you read it here first.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2009, Brown has worked for CBS News, where he reported stories from across the country and served as New York-based fill-in anchor of \u201cUp to the Minute,\u201d \u201cCBS Morning News\u201d and weekend editions of \u201cCBS Evening News.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hired straight out of Virginia Commonwealth University under the network\u2019s News Development Program, Brown joined CBS News from WWBT-TV, the NBC affiliate in Richmond, Virginia, where he\u2019d worked while attending school.
