Games also will be heard for free on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radio.com\">radio.com<\/a> website and mobile app as well as home smart speakers. Terms were not disclosed.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pat Hughes and Ron Coomer will continue in the radio broadcast booth. Hughes will be starting his 26th season as Cubs play-by-play announcer this spring.<\/p>\n<p>Entercom still had a year left on the seven-year agreement signed by the company's predecessor, CBS Radio, in 2015. For the first year, the Cubs aired on all-news WBBM 780-AM\/WCFS 105.9-FM before moving to The Score in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe partnership with the Cubs is so special for so many reasons,\u201d Mitch Rosen, program director and brand manager of The Score, said in a statement provided by Entercom.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom hearing the final call of the 2016 World Series win to the advanced technology allowing fans to take the Cubs with them on mobile devices or listen on home speakers in the Chicagoland area, this is a true partnership. Baseball on the radio is still a special friend to all, and all the action is right here on The Score.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Crane Kenney, president of business operations for the Cubs, was quoted as saying: \u201cThe Score has produced some of the most memorable moments in Cubs history, and perhaps more than in any other year, we look forward to soon hearing the familiar voices of Pat Hughes and Ron Coomer calling Cubs games on The Score.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In November the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlb.com\/whitesox\">Chicago White Sox<\/a> announced a multiyear agreement with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/chicago\/radio\/\">WMVP 1000-AM, <\/a>the Good Karma Brands ESPN sports\/talk station.
