Univision Chicago\u2019s flagship WOJO 105.1-FM was en fuego<\/em> in the latest radio ratings, according to Nielsen Audio figures released Monday.<\/p>\n

The regional Mexican music station known as \"La Que Buena 105.1\"<\/em> \u00a0jumped to No. 2 overall \u2014 behind only iHeartMedia urban adult-contemporary WVAZ 102.7-FM, the perennial leader. In several key adult demographics \u2014 including 25-to-54 and 18-to-49 \u2014 WOJO finished first.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a great day here at Univision, especially considering how competitive this radio market is,\u201d said Doug Levy, senior vice president and general manager of Univision Local Media Chicago. \u201cIt\u2019s gratifying to see our premium brand at the top of the ranker this month.\u201d<\/p>\n

The latest Nielsen Audio survey ran from March 29 to April 25.<\/p>\n
