Kelly Leonard, longtime artistic leader, producer and executive with The Second City,<\/a> will host a new weekly podcast in partnership with Second City Works <\/a>and Tribune Media news\/talk WGN AM 720.<\/a><\/p>\n

Titled \u201cGetting to Yes, And,\u201d the program will upload new episodes at 7 a.m. every Tuesday on iTunes<\/a> and WGNPlus.com<\/a>, starting this week.<\/p>\n

Leonard will interview visionaries, authors and leaders who \u201coperate at the intersection of creativity and commerce,\u201d according to Second City Works, the business-to-business arm of the famed Chicago improvisational comedy institution.<\/p>\n

Son of the late Roy Leonard, the legendary WGN personality for more than 30 years, Kelly Leonard stepped down<\/a> last year as president of Second City Theatricals to form Kelly Leonard Productions, a production company with ties to The Second City.<\/p>\n
